Cancelation Policy/Payment
Renter agrees to notify Bouncin' Around Party Rentals within seventy-two (72) hours of the delivery date of any cancellation or postponement. If Renter cancels any reservation within the seventy-two (72) hours of rental date, in whole or in part, Bouncin' Around Party Rentals has the right to apply any cancellation fee or withhold up to the whole amount due or paid.
**Payment is due in FULL and all documents must be signed before jumper will be set up**
***WEATHER*** Because Alabama can be unpredictable at times, if there is severe weather such as, strong winds, lightning, heavy rain, we are unable to rent the jumpers out. During periods of severe weather condition(s), arising out of but not limited to rain, hale, lightning, high winds (over twenty miles per hour), intense heat, and fire, the Unit(s) must be evacuated immediately and electricity must be turned off. Bouncin' Around Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel the reservation or end rental term at any time during severe weather condition(s). Renter will be given the option to cancel reservation with no cancelation fee prior to delivery/setup on days where severe weather is forecasted at delivery location. In instances where severe weather condition(s) arises after delivery/setup, Bouncin' Around Party Rentals has the right to end the reservation/rental term and no refund will be given. Renter agrees to release, forever discharge and hold harmless Bouncin' Around Party Rentals, its officers, employees and/or agents from any injury, damages or claims resulting out of or in connection to severe weather conditions and/or Renters negligence to follow rules regarding weather policy.
Set up and Operation
It is important that the renter makes sure the area the jumper will be set up is FLAT, mowed, free off all debris, animal droppings, sharp objects, twigs, branches, cars etc... There MUST be a reliable power source within 75 feet of jumper site. If you are not sure about your set up location please advise us before you make your reservation. If we arrive and the location does not meet standards in accordance with ASTM, we will not leave the jumper and a delivery fee of $50.00 will apply. Renter grants Bouncin' Around Party Rentals representatives the right to enter the property at the specified delivery address for the delivery and subsequent pick up or removal of the Unit(s) at the date specified. The same Bouncin' Around Party Rentals representative will arrive to pick up any and all Unit(s) at any time after the fulfillment of this Contract. If a different person arrives for pickup, Renter must first obtain authorization from Bouncin' Around Party Rentals IMMEDIATELY prior to allowing the person to enter property and remove Unit(s). Bouncin' Around Party Rentals will strive to accommodate Renter’s delivery and pickup request, however, delays and changes in the schedule are sometimes unavoidable and therefore, Bouncin' Around Party Rentals does not guarantee delivery or pickup at any specified time. In the event that there should be any changes to the delivery or pick up times specified, a Bouncin' Around Party Rentals representative will notify Renter as soon as possible. Renter assumes responsibility of providing easy leveled access to the set-up location without any obstacles or barriers, which include but are not limited to stairs, sand, incline, that will create passage difficult. Presence of any such obstacles or barriers will result in delivery fees subject to Bouncin' Around Party Rentals discretion. Renter also assumes responsibility of informing Bouncin' Around Party Rentals representatives of any underground utilities that may interfere with staking or anchoring of Bouncin' Around Party Rentals units. Renter agrees not to hold Bouncin' Around Party Rentals and/or Bouncin' Around Party Rentals representatives responsible for any damages to underground utilities during the course of setup or pickup. Renter must be available upon delivery and pickup to account for all Unit(s) rented, there is no guarantee Bouncin' Around Party Rentals representative can return prior to pickup.

Delivery and pick up is Free of charge within a 35 Mile radius. If you exceed the 35 mile distance additional delivery fees will apply.

RULES
- ADULT supervision is a MUST at all times (18+)
- No shoes, GUM, SILLY STRING, candy, drinks, pets, sharp objects in jumpers
- No climbing on netting or the outside of jumper
- To avoid back and neck injury NO FLIPPING
- Children of compatible age groups should only play at a time. Example: a group of 10y olds should not be in the jumper while a 3/5y old is present
- PLEASE DO NOT INFLATE THE JUMPER
Delivery/Pick up
